About
We have a small farm stand where we display and sell our most recent creations - coffee, leather, baked goods, knitted creations, photography, etc. Leather crafts and photography can be ordered online.
Born and raised in Idaho we respect the land and the freedoms we have here. One of my favorite quotes is a Native American Proverb "We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children." We seek Elohiym for guidance and how to be good stewards of all the blessings He has placed in our care and know that what imprint we leave on the land will last beyond our time here on earth.

My passion for photography developed when I was a child. My summers were spent camping in the vast parts of North Central Idaho. And at 10, I asked for my first camera. With it being film, I had to pay for the film to be developed. In high school, I purchased a SLR. I recall packing that with me everywhere. My focus was photojournalist and landscapes. That shifted when I photographed my first engagement session. The shoot was so fun that I branched and added portraits. The first wedding I photographed was with a film camera. I switched to my first DSLR following that experience. My favorite photo sessions, are by far lifestyle shoots. They are private and intimate. I get to spend a few hours with a family, capturing their life and the everyday moments that makes their family unique.
I'm a lover of light - I'm a natural, ambient, and flash photographer. I believe we create life and moments in the midst of all, even if it seems chaotic. Life happens and continues. I love weddings and seeing the day unfold in photos and a series of moments. I love babies and all their new beginnings, their first moments. I love people being themselves and capturing that essence in their special life moments in a precious photo memory, whatever the moment entails. I thoroughly enjoy it and my contribution to it.
So enjoy some of my favorite things like chocolate, fresh baked bread, and your life as you scan some of my photos.
Peace and Blessings,
Kate
